Reservation cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  • Cancellation deadline: Cancellations are allowed until 12:00 PM (noon) the day before your scheduled reservation start date.
  • Cancellation fee: If a reservation is canceled within the allowed period, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total rental cost will be charged.
  • Late cancellations: Cancellations made after 12:00 PM the day before the reservation start date are non-refundable, and the full rental amount will be charged.
  • Walk-in clients: If a walk-in client cancels their reservation, the status will be marked as "CANCELLED," and standard cancellation fees will apply.

Reservation updates

If you need to modify your reservation, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Update window: Reservation updates are allowed from the start of the day before your reservation up to two days before the reservation start date.
  • Date availability: All modifications are subject to date availability. If your requested dates are unavailable, the existing reservation will remain unchanged.
  • Fee for updates: No additional charges apply for reservation updates within the allowed period. However, changes to the rental period may result in price adjustments based on the updated dates.
  • Restricted updates: Once the reservation reaches the start of the day before the rental period, updates will no longer be possible.
